Book Bloger Test
So this is long due. I've had this post drafted last June (but wasn't able to publish it because my laptop broke) so I post it now. :3
What are your top three book hates?
I really am choosy and perfectionist When it comes to books. Why just three? I could write a thousand. But here are the top three,
- Spine creases
I abhor books with spine creases They look deranged.
- Book cover folded edges
It really is a no-no to me. I will not buy a book with folded or damaged book cover edges.
- Highlighting text and markings on pages
The book will look dirty to me. Just picture it like a person with a skin disease or something.
Describe your perfect reading spot.
Perfect reading spot? Hmmm. Of course it's my book nook! Kidding. I still do not have a book nook like Marie Lu but I will soon. Right now I think my perfect reading spot is everywhere as long as there is a book I'm reading. But on top of my list is a comfy warm bed.
Tell us three book confessions.
- I get all the three formats of the books I love. (Book, eBook and audiobook)
- Most of the time I get to read the ebooks first before I buy the physical copy in our local bookstore crappy Because you literally have to wait for a month or something to have them on stock.
- I read everywhere with everything. Like when I'm at school or traveling on the bus I read with my phone, when I'm at home I read with my computer or read the physical copy, I read what I fee like reading whenever and wherever I want to.
When was the last time you cried while reading a book?
Last month? Reading Say What You Will by Cammie McGovern and City of Heavenly Fire by Cassie Clare.
What is you're favorite snack while you're reading?
At home I eat popcorn. And sweets, chocolate, ice cream (yeah I read while reading even ice cream on the bed), mallows, anything sweet. They take away the painful feels you know.
Name three books you would recommend to everyone.
- Angelfall by Susan Ee (I do not
know if I really want to recommend this or not) I do because it's a
perfect, gorgeous post-apocalyptic book that would really engross you and
I just cannot explain it. At the same time I do not want to because I do
not like it to get mainstream and everything.
- Say What You Will by Cammie
McGovern
- Night of Cake and Puppets by
Laini Taylor
10 years from now:
Write how much book Means to you in three words.
"Live for books" Live, not love. Existing for books.
What is your biggest secret reading?
I don't have any. I'm very open about books and my reading life.

I loved your answers - especially the pictures of the your bookshelf/bookcase 10 years from now!
ReplyDeleteAHAHAHA. I totally laughed when I saw the picture of your bookshelf ten years from now. Definitely wish my bookshelf to look like that in ten years time. I adore Laini Taylor so it's nice to discover there's one more book I haven't read by her, Night of Cake and Puppets. So thank you for the recommendation <3
ReplyDeleteOMG, loved the questions and answers. :) Your top three book hates are my pet peeves as well, I guess we book lovers are all the same. I loved Angelfall by Susan Ee, but its' sequel World After is even better, in my opinion. In 10 years from now I hope to have shelves like this - http://bit.ly/1ssY42W or this http://bit.ly/1rjNUkO.
ReplyDeleteCan i post this in my blog? with my own answer of course. And i don’t think i could sleep in that book-bed, cause i’ll just read and read and read untill all the bed won’t look like bed anymore :)
